1. Scope of the Enterprise Pilot
The 0i0 World enterprise pilot program provides enterprise organizations with pre-general-availability access to our conversational agent orchestration engine, deterministic tool invocation gateway, and persistent memory infrastructure for testing, benchmarking, and workflow automation over WhatsApp messaging channels.
2. Eligibility and Corporate Representation
Participation is restricted to authorized corporate representatives acting on behalf of legitimate commercial entities. By requesting pilot access or interacting with the platform, you represent that you possess full corporate authority to enter into binding legal commitments on behalf of your organization.
3. Intellectual Property & Customer Data Ownership
Customer Ownership: You retain complete and exclusive ownership of all proprietary data, business logic, internal database records, customer identities, and message contents ('Customer Data') processed through the platform. 0i0 World acquires no proprietary rights in Customer Data.
0i0 World Ownership: 0i0 World and Luis Acevedo retain all worldwide rights, title, and intellectual property in the underlying orchestration architecture, WhatsApp edge gateway, sandboxing runtimes, runtime memory algorithms, software code, and trademarks.
4. WhatsApp Platform Compliance & Acceptable Use
Participants agree to comply strictly with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies, the WhatsApp Terms of Service, and all applicable telecommunications laws. Prohibited uses include unsolicited spam, unauthorized marketing broadcasts, fraudulent transactions, or transmission of malicious code.
5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Each party agrees to maintain in strict confidence all non-public information received in connection with the pilot program, including architecture specifications, latency benchmarks, technical documentation, and pricing structures. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.
6. Service Levels and Pilot Availability
Standard public SLAs do not apply during the private beta stage. Pilot service levels, system availability targets, maintenance windows, and dedicated engineering response guarantees are defined individually per enterprise engagement contract.
7. Zero-Trust Security & Tool Execution Boundaries
0i0 World provides Zero-Trust sandboxing with two-step verification for sensitive tool operations. Enterprise participants remain responsible for securing their internal API keys, database credentials, and network access controls connected to the 0i0 World gateway.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly agreed in an active enterprise pilot agreement, the pilot platform is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' evaluation basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Mexican law, 0i0 World disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising under or relating to the enterprise pilot program shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Mexico (Estados Unidos Mexicanos). The parties expressly agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent federal and local courts in Mexico, waiving any other venue.
