We collect personal and technical data strictly necessary to evaluate, coordinate, and execute B2B enterprise pilot engagements. This includes corporate contact information (such as full name, corporate email address, organizational affiliation, and job title).
During pilot infrastructure operations, our edge routing and gateway components process operational metadata necessary for WhatsApp Business API communication, including phone number identifiers, message timestamps, payload transmission status, and sandboxed tool execution audit telemetry.
3. Purposes of Data Processing
Primary Purposes: (a) Validating and evaluating enterprise pilot access requests; (b) Establishing enterprise communication and service agreements; (c) Orchestrating autonomous conversational agent workflows over the WhatsApp Business API; (d) Facilitating deterministic tool invocation with authorized enterprise systems; and (e) Providing technical engineering support.
Secondary Purposes: (a) Technical performance optimization and latency benchmarking; (b) Aggregated system telemetry to prevent abuse; and (c) Infrastructure threat modeling and security audits. You may object to secondary processing at any time without affecting your pilot participation.
4. ARCO Rights Procedure (Access, Rectification, Cancellation & Opposition)

Technical data is transferred strictly to essential infrastructure providers: (a) Meta Platforms for WhatsApp Cloud API transmission; and (b) customer-designated enterprise backends (such as internal ERPs, CRMs, and databases) via sandboxed tool integrations authorized directly by the enterprise customer.
